Our Whatsapp Forum Rules of Engagement

Background & Whatsapp Rules of Engagement: Our esteemed citizens of Amuzi, the great Uhi n’ami ego community, we welcome you!. We, the conveners of the above named organization, following a prolonged period of agony and frustration with our INADEQUATE community progress and unmet developmental potential, fueled by lack of unity of purpose,  were compelled to create this platform, to reignite dialogue, and awaken us to our existential potentials.

We hope to strengthen and re-energize the name UHI Amuzi- to mean togetherness.”

God has blessed Amuzi, with men and women of great talent, respected and recognized, locally, regionally, nationally and internationally, who have made contributions, however our weakened coherence, and poor leadership quality at home, have stunted all efforts to harness us to attain our desired socio-politico-economic heights.

Against this background, therefore,  we decided to “take the bull by the horn”, and convened the maiden  PCA Convention on December 25, 2017, to bring our best minds and resources together in order to commence exploration of a new consciousness, that would take us to a greater economic development heights and egalitarianism.

While rebuilding Amuzi for Amuzians is our priority, we are also keenly aware that the world is our stage.  Against this background and to minimize distractions we have instituted some rules of engagement, for this forum, and they are:

Agenda Driven: While there are various fora out there with different objectives,  this forum will be focused like a “laser beam” on Amuzi Development agenda. Therefore unrelated matters, such as posting of articles or information unrelated to Amuzi development are discouraged.
Active Participation: Membership of this forum is strictly Amuzi, we therefore encourage active participation by all, to avoid important decisions being influenced by a vocal minority.

Common Decency: As a forum of highly talented and accomplished individuals, it is obvious to expect a highly-opinionated group. We will therefore, be entitled to our personal opinions and while sometimes discussions can get heated, we demand that we be respectful, avoid personal attacks, profanities, defamatory or libelous comments, or comments that violate common decency. Unsubstantiated allegations, bordering on slander or defamation of character, against any member will not be tolerated.

Information Sharing: Materials posted on this forum cannot be shared outside this forum without the permission of the Admin. This is to ensure confidentiality of our contributions here.
Removal: We reserve the right to remove any participant. However this would be after two unheeded warnings from the Moderator, Professor Eddie Oparaoji, or an egregious violation, capable of bringing the forum to disrepute or derail its agenda, therefore requiring immediate removal
